Dear Community Member,

The Birth & Baby Resource Network (BBRN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and supporting families in our community. The main focus of BBRN is to share information that is not readily available to the general public about pregnancy, birth and parenting. We are in the process of planning our 13th annual Birth & Baby Fair and our next edition of the Birth & Parenting Resource Guide. To better the community we are combining advertising options for the year.

The Birth & Parenting Resource Guide lists local businesses, individuals and the products or services they provide that are related to pregnancy, childbirth and early parenting. The Resource Guide is free and is available at various locations around the county as well as on our website. The Resource Guide is printed every two years and this edition we expect to exceed 4,000 copies. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term advertising to your specific target audience. There are several advertising options to best suit your business’s needs – from a one line listing to a full-page advertisement. Please see the enclosed form for more information.

The 13th annual Birth & Baby Fair will be held at the Mission Plaza in downtown San Luis Obispo on Saturday, May 9th, 2009. The fair brings together businesses, organizations and individuals who are dedicated to serving families and children in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Along with health and parenting resources, the fair will also include products, services, a wonderful silent auction and entertainment. Attendance is remarkable and growing every year! Through your advertising you will be supporting our efforts to make this year’s fair bigger and better than ever while your business benefits from having your name viewed by thousands of consumers county wide.

This year we have created several special, money-saving packages to better suit our valued advertisers. These packages include Resource Center membership, Resource Guide listing and advertising, as well as Birth & Baby Fair advertising and other options.
